Second Chance Sculptures is committed to recycling used metal materials into art.  When you look at the pieces, remember that they were once on their way to the landfill or to the Orient as scrap metal.

People can be so wasteful.  Much of the stainless steel silverware that I find is missing one piece in an entire set.  A spoon probably fell into the disposal, ruining it.  Does that mean they have to throw out the rest of the set?

Thanks to many fine local businesses I am able to dumpster dive, dig thru recycle barrels and even have their employees set aside special buckets of unusual parts for me.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Did your parents or grandparents leave you a legacy of junk?  Their collection of left-handed widgets or other memorabilia?  It can be transformed into the critter of your choice.  The non-working sewing machine, rusted tools, kitchenware and stuff from their estate can be preserved as art.  Let me know what you have, what you want it to become, provide a picture (if possible) and I'll create your sculpture using your material.  You will know up-front what the cost will be and make your decision.
